Mostly Noise stores your account, projects, documents, chat, and memories on this server so you can open them on any device.

Documents and chat are stored as text. The writing partner has to read them in order to reply. They are not encrypted in a way that hides them from the server.

Your Anthropic or OpenAI key is encrypted before it is stored. Chat is sent to the provider you choose, using that key. Their privacy policy covers what they do with the request.

We do not sell your writing. You can delete a project, and that removes its documents, messages, and project memories.
